Client Content Ownership

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wexford, Ireland.

Before initiating arbitration, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Naroese at legal@naroese.com. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings.
